SHIPPING Most Orders Are Shipped Same Day, if received by 12:00 pm We use the UPS Ground service for all zinc orders, and you should receive your delivery within 2 to 3 days of shipping. INSURANCE No insurance is provided on UPS Ground shipments (most zinc orders) unless you ask for, and pay extra for it. It is your responsibility to request insurance if you want it, at a slight upcharge. Other than missing boxes, we cannot guarantee that the UPS will deliver your box in the same condition it left our shipping department. Insurance is recommended. RETURNS Most products may be returned to us if you're not satisfied, for a merchandise credit or a refund as long as it is in original condition and any packaging is not opened (zincs have no packaging). Special order zincs are not returnable unless they are defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the rare instance where you are shipped the incorrect zincs, please notify us immediately by email. Do Not throw away the shipping box. Carefully repackage the order in it's original box, reseal it with clear packing tape, and email us for instructions on how to return to us. WARRANTIES All of our our products are brand new and covered by the individual product manufacturer's warranty. Please call us immediately if any product is defective when you first receive it. YOUR PRIVACY We will never violate your privacy by selling or renting any of your information to other companies. And, we will not spam you with advertising. SECURITY Our online store, and it's shopping cart, contain the latest SSL Security Technology and credit card security encription, to ensure that your personal and credit card information is safe and secure. Our online merchant account is processed by Volusion.com , one of the largest internet transaction processing companies. This is a secure website, with certificate.
